Junior Professional – West Africa (Accra)

About the role

Palladium is seeking a Junior Professional to join its West Africa team in Accra. The role supports the Investments in Forests and Sustainable Land Use Programme – Phase 2, a UK‑government funded initiative aimed at improving forest and land‑use outcomes across the tropical belt.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing projects within the Business Incubation, Design Side Measures and Enabling Conditions portfolio.
• Provide technical support for project development, monitoring, evaluation and learning activities.
• Carry out administrative, research and compliance tasks related to programme delivery.
• Coordinate with MEL, Grants, and Communication & External Relations teams to ensure smooth programme implementation.
• Contribute to programme reporting and documentation while working primarily from the Accra office.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in sustainable land use, forestry or environmental development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to flexible working arrangements.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
