About the role
Fan Milk PLC is seeking an agile and experienced Key Account Manager to join its commercial team. You will be responsible for growing and managing strategic accounts, driving profit, volume, and brand leadership while ensuring timely payments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve profit, volume, and market‑share targets.
- Activate sales initiatives and brand‑building activities within key accounts.
- Maintain strong payment records and financial performance of accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the National Key Account Manager and report on account progress.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of commercial experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven success managing large customers in the consumer‑goods sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and numerical abilities.
- Ability to make fast decisions and adapt to a changing environment.
