Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Chowdeck, you will manage a portfolio of fast‑growing vendors across food, groceries and pharmacies. You will be responsible for scaling their business, meeting critical objectives and acting as a strategic partner.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with assigned vendors, handling daily communications and high‑level strategic discussions.
• Analyse Chowdeck’s data to identify market trends, upsell opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless vendor and customer experiences.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of client‑facing experience in account management, business development or sales, preferably in technology or food‑delivery.
• Strong commercial sense, ownership mindset and ability to solve problems end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for the food delivery/logistics industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and analysing large datasets.
