Laundry Supervisor (Tier 2) – Accra

About the role

The Laundry Supervisor (Tier 2) will lead and coordinate laundry operations in Accra, ensuring efficient processing of clothing, towels, and other items for project personnel. This role supports the Laundry Manager and contributes to maintaining high standards of service and equipment upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate laundry personnel across one or more facilities.
• Assist the Laundry Manager and perform duties of subordinate staff as needed.
• Ensure production targets are met and implement operational changes.
• Perform laundry services including washing, drying, transporting, sorting, and folding.
• Handle customer service tasks such as receiving, logging, and returning laundry items.
• Maintain proper control and inventory of laundry items.
• Clean and conduct minor maintenance on laundry equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 4 to 7 years of related laundry supervisory experience.
• Authorization to work in Ghana.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (read, write, speak).

Required skills

• Computer literacy with email and Microsoft Office applications.
