Laundry Supervisor (Tier 2) – Tamale

About the role

The Laundry Supervisor (Tier 2) leads the daily operations of one or more laundry facilities in Tamale, ensuring that all laundry services meet production targets and quality standards. This role supports the Laundry Manager and steps in to perform subordinate duties when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate laundry personnel across assigned facilities.
• Ensure production requirements are met and adjust processes as needed.
• Perform core laundry tasks such as washing, drying, transporting, sorting, folding, and logging items.
• Provide customer service by receiving, logging, and returning laundry items for project personnel.
• Maintain proper control and inventory of laundry items.
• Clean equipment and carry out minor maintenance.
• Execute other duties assigned by the Laundry Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (or comparable education/experience).
• 4–7 years of related laundry or facility services experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate level.
• Authorization to work in Ghana.

Required skills

• Computer skills.
• Proficiency with email.
• Experience using Microsoft Office or similar applications.
