Lead Generation & Field Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

About the role

Lesviv Global Limited is seeking a motivated Lead Generation & Field Sales Representative to promote its innovative bidet solutions across Accra. This full‑time, commission‑based position combines on‑site customer visits with remote follow‑up tasks, offering flexibility while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new leads within assigned territories.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches.
• Visit potential customers, demonstrate product features, and communicate benefits and pricing.
• Follow up on inquiries, manage relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to pipeline development.
• Provide market feedback to the broader team and support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability in lead generation and field sales, preferably in consumer or health‑related products.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse customers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and traveling within Accra and nearby areas.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce.
• Proficiency with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead‑tracking tools).
