About the role
The Global Services Department seeks a Leader Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for Bishops, Ward and Stake Clerks in the Accra area. Working in a contact‑center environment, you will field calls, messages and emails, providing timely and Christ‑like assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from ecclesiastical leaders via phone, email and messaging platforms.
- Educate leaders on new systems and processes and guide them through technical, procedural and administrative issues.
- Utilize the Collaboration Cloud and work with Global Services and Area personnel to resolve challenges.
- Create or contribute to training and self‑help materials as needed.
- Provide feedback on processes, procedures, systems and training to improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Member of the Church in good standing and holder of a temple recommend.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communication or related fields preferred).
- At least 1 year of contact‑center experience or equivalent combination of education and up to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong listening skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to give constructive feedback on processes.
Required skills
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system, preferably ServiceNow.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
