Life Planner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Life Planner to join our Kumasi office. In this full-time position you will help individuals and families secure their financial future by offering tailored life insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through prospecting and networking.
• Present and explain life insurance products that match client needs.
• Provide professional advice on appropriate coverage and policy options.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing policyholders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Participate actively in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of insurance and general insurance concepts.
• Strong sales and marketing abilities with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building.
• Self-motivated and eager to excel in a results-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in the life insurance industry is an advantage.
