Life Planner

About the role

Enterprise Life is seeking a motivated Life Planner to join its Kumasi office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help individuals and families secure their financial future by recommending suitable life insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly.
• Complete application forms, gather required documentation, and follow up on approvals.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline, achieving assigned sales targets.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and support claims‑related questions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of life insurance and general insurance products.
• Proven sales ability, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing.
• Foundational marketing skills to support promotional activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse client interactions.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Kumasi.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is an advantage; prior insurance experience is beneficial.
