Lubricants Engineer Industrial

About the role

The Lubricants Engineer Industrial will drive growth of TotalEnergies' lubricant portfolio in Ghana's B2B segment. Working closely with sales and technical teams, the role focuses on expanding market share across industries such as manufacturing, construction, agriculture, logistics, oil & gas, and power.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial priorities and action plans for B2B lubricant sales.
• Utilise digital tools (Salsa Dynamics, LIFP, MLP, PriceInsight) to support customer engagement and technical assistance.
• Schedule joint visits with GT clients, provide lubrication solutions and technical support during prospecting activities.
• Prospect, acquire and manage new GT lubricant accounts, preparing offers with margin analysis.
• Monitor competitor strategies and deliver insights to senior management for counter‑strategies.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, including product upgrades and ANAC report reviews.
• Deliver after‑sales services such as technical visits, oil analysis, product recommendations and regular Lube trainings.
• Organise and participate in lubricant seminars and sector‑specific marketing events.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of industrial lubricants and B2B sales processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage client relationships.

Required skills

• Experience with digital sales tools: Salsa Dynamics, LIFP, MLP, PriceInsight.
• Technical knowledge of lubrication solutions and oil analysis.
• Ability to prepare margin‑based proposals and conduct product upgrades.
