Luxury Retail Sales Representative

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic sales representatives to represent a luxury retail brand in popular shopping malls across Accra. This full‑time, on‑site position requires you to stay active, maintain a professional demeanor, and engage potential buyers in a friendly manner.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales targets by promoting luxury products to mall visitors.
- Invite interested customers into the store, guide them through product features, and answer their questions.
- Maintain a presentable appearance and uphold the brand’s high‑standard image.
- Work a schedule of four full days and two half days per week, with one full day and two half days off.
Required profile
- Tertiary education (degree, certificate, HND or diploma) in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Pleasant, approachable personality.
- Proficient spoken English.
