Manager, Enterprise Commercial Performance

About the role

The Manager, Enterprise Commercial Performance will lead the creation and upkeep of business models, pricing and commission frameworks, delivering timely financial and non‑financial insights on product and service performance. This role supports strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, churn management and variance analysis to drive informed decision‑making in a fast‑moving telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve revenue, pricing, commission and business models.
• Produce regular financial and operational performance reports, including forecasts, budgets and variance analyses.
• Drive process optimisation, cost‑efficiency and budget‑management initiatives across the enterprise.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through product, process and model innovation.
• Influence cross‑functional stakeholders and participate in industry initiatives to sustain market leadership.
• Support corporate social responsibility, professional bodies and industry forums.
• Contribute to people‑management activities such as coaching, recruitment, onboarding and grievance handling.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in commercial performance, finance or business analysis, preferably within the telecom or ICT sector.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to work in a dynamic, highly competitive environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commitment to ESG principles and corporate values.
