Manager, Infrastructure & Capital Projects and Real Estate

About the role

Deloitte Ghana is seeking a senior professional to lead infrastructure and real estate engagements, providing high‑level leadership and industry thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project finance advisory, modeling, pricing, bid evaluations and restructuring for infrastructure M&A.
• Provide transaction advisory for PPP projects, privatisations, divestitures and private‑sector participation.
• Develop business plans, feasibility studies and advise clients on capital raising, investment and optimisation.
• Drive deal origination and business development through networking, meetings and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure transaction advisory, project finance and PPP in emerging markets.
• Experience with IFIs/DFIs such as World Bank, IFC or AfDB is advantageous.
• Master’s degree in finance, engineering, project management, business administration, economics or related field.
• Professional membership (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, CFA) is a plus.
