Manager - Medical Marketing

About the role

The Manager – Medical Marketing will design and execute medical marketing strategies that raise product awareness, engage healthcare providers and build institutional partnerships across the region. This role oversees the creation of detailing aids, training materials and facility visibility assets while ensuring clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor medical marketing plans for three countries.
• Create and update medical detailing aids, protocol guides, prescriber tools and HCP education packs.
• Produce facility visibility materials such as posters, signage and consultation‑room branding.
• Supervise the Regional Contact Centre to guarantee clinically accurate consumer counselling.
• Coordinate with Sales, Programs and Communications to align campaigns and outreach events.
• Conduct field visits to assess branding quality and partnership effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly engagement reports with analytics and recommendations.
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting and resource allocation for medical marketing activities.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider engagement and medical regulations.
• Ability to supervise a contact‑centre team and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent written communication for clinical and marketing content.
