About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Training Coordinator to drive our institute’s outreach and learning initiatives. The successful candidate will blend strategic marketing expertise with hands‑on training coordination to expand our impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote institute programs.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling and execution of training sessions.
• Create engaging promotional materials and digital content.
• Collaborate with instructors to align training content with marketing efforts.
• Manage social media platforms and maintain a strong online presence.
• Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
• Engage with community partners and stakeholders to broaden reach.
• Assist with participant registration and provide support throughout training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education or a related field, or a diploma with equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing and training coordination.
• Excellent communication, writing and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote‑working environment.
