About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Training Coordinator to drive our institute’s outreach and learning initiatives. Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote institute programs.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the delivery of training sessions.
• Create promotional materials and digital content for campaigns.
• Collaborate with instructors to align training content with marketing messages.
• Manage social media channels and maintain an engaging online presence.
• Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise future campaigns.
• Engage community partners and stakeholders to broaden outreach.
• Support participant registration and provide assistance throughout training events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education or a related field, or a diploma with relevant experience.
• At least two years of proven experience in marketing and training coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
