Marketing & Business Development Representative (Multiple Ghana Locations)

About the role

Apex Trustee is looking for motivated marketers to drive the growth of its pension and retirement solutions across several regions in Ghana. You will identify prospective clients, promote our products, and build lasting relationships with individuals, employers, and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote pension and retirement solutions to individuals, employers, and organizations.
• Generate leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, corporate visits, and direct sales activities.
• Conduct presentations and provide accurate information on pension products and services.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into clients, and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Participate in corporate visits, outreach programmes, activations, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends, provide feedback on customer needs, and maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, pensions, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Must reside in or within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned location.
