Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Accra. In this role you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support social media and digital marketing initiatives across various platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to inform strategy.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand activations.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and updates.
• Help drive customer engagement and increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
