Marketing Executive

About the role

Sublime Gifts Ghana is seeking a creative, results‑driven Marketing Executive who upholds Christian values. You will develop, execute, and track multi‑channel campaigns to promote the brand, engage target audiences, and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate digital (SEO/SEM, email, social media) and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Create and proofread marketing copy for websites, blogs, print, and social platforms.
• Conduct market research on customer demographics, purchasing habits, and competitor activity.
• Perform field marketing activities for both B2B and B2C segments.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials.
• Assist in planning and promoting events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Track KPIs and ROI using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Design visual assets using Canva, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Committed Christian with a personal faith in Jesus Christ, aligned with the company’s values.
