Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the Branch Manager in promoting the firm’s investment products and services, aiming to achieve defined sales and brand targets. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, handling client communications, and ensuring the effective distribution of promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in marketing and promoting company products and services.
• Take ownership of specific assignments as directed by the supervisor.
• Provide regular information to aid the preparation of internal reports.
• Distribute printed promotional material to existing and potential clients efficiently.
• Maintain client retention through high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Good university degree.
• Ghana Stock Exchange Certificate.
• Minimum three (3) years of post‑qualification experience in a relevant marketing role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures.
• Ability to handle financial and employee files with accuracy and confidentiality.
