Marketing Officer – Medical Diagnostics (Kumasi)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Marketing Officer to join our state‑of‑the‑art Medical Diagnostics Centre in Kumasi. The role combines marketing strategy with on‑the‑ground sales activities to generate referrals from hospitals and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities to promote our diagnostic services.
• Develop and execute business plans aimed at increasing referral volume within the assigned territory.
• Maintain excellent customer service and clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track sales performance, meet and exceed monthly targets, and report results to management.

Required profile

• Experience in medical diagnostics, hospital or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel extensively; must hold a valid driving licence.
