Marketing Supervisor – Building Materials

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Supervisor to drive brand growth and product visibility for our building materials portfolio. You will work closely with sales, production, and senior management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and develop strategies to strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and launch promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Oversee showroom displays and ensure engaging customer experiences.
• Analyze sales and marketing performance and prepare management reports.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Supervise and mentor marketing staff to support their professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of marketing experience in the building materials industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with marketing software tools.
