About the role
The MCF Associates Program is an entry‑level opportunity within a leading African banking group. The role focuses on delivering operational services by following predefined objectives and standard operating procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Execute operational tasks in line with agreed SOPs.
- Support day‑to‑day service delivery across business units.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and guidelines.
Required profile
- Possession of a Higher Certificate or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificate in Business, Commerce or Management Studies.
- Strong interest in operational excellence within the banking sector.
