About the role
We are seeking a qualified Mechanic to maintain and repair factory equipment and machinery at our Takoradi facility. The role involves ensuring equipment reliability through timely diagnostics and repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in factory equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure safety standards are followed.
- Report major issues to supervisors.
Required profile
- Relevant certificate (NVTI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Prior experience in industrial or factory maintenance.
- Safety‑conscious and disciplined.
Required skills
- Mechanical troubleshooting.
- Preventive maintenance.
