Mechanical Technician – Central Region

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to join our central region operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repair of oil palm processing equipment in line with standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on twin‑screw press, digesters and centrifuge equipment.
• Service, fabricate and maintain multiple and single‑stage centrifugal slurry, water and vacuum pumps.
• Carry out welding and fabrication of fans, impellers, storage tanks and other processing components.
• Maintain elevators, air compressors and conduct inspection, lubrication and repair of pressure vessels such as boilers, air‑compressor receivers and oil‑palm sterilising vessels.
• Oversee crude palm and kernel oil tank maintenance and assist with the installation of new plant equipment.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering Technician Part II qualification.
• Minimum three years post‑qualification experience in industrial plant maintenance.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Central Region of Ghana.
