About the role
As a Medical Sales Representative at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality healthcare products to professionals across the country. You will promote and sell a range of medical items, helping healthcare providers improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct meetings with doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide product information, deliver samples and submit purchase orders promptly.
- Build trusted relationships with medical representatives to influence decision‑making.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies.
- Research competitor products, pricing and market performance.
- Organise conferences and group events for medical professionals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical product sales.
