MEP & Processing Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee the maintenance of our industrial infrastructure, energy systems, and food processing plant in the Accra & Tema region. The manager will act as a strategic partner for expansion projects while ensuring day‑to‑day operational excellence and reliability of critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage power generation assets including diesel generators, solar installations and grid connections, as well as high/low voltage distribution.
• Lead maintenance strategy for food processing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and compliance with food safety standards.
• Oversee industrial refrigeration, cold‑room and HVAC systems to maintain cold‑chain integrity.
• Collaborate daily with processing, mechanical, project and warehouse managers to minimise downtime and integrate new infrastructure.
• Champion safety and compliance, enforcing lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO) procedures and other strict safety protocols.

Required profile

• BSc in Electrical/Electronic, Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance, power generation or automation.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving industrial environment.
