About the role
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Associate will support agricultural projects by developing and implementing MERL frameworks, conducting research, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing MERL plans for agricultural initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to measure project impact.
- Conduct research on agricultural trends and best practices, and synthesize findings.
- Develop learning materials, support knowledge‑sharing sessions, and stay updated on MERL advancements.
- Prepare reports and document MERL processes for internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Diverse educational background with a strong interest in agriculture.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to MERL activities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
