Network Engineer – Infrastructure & Security

About the role

Seatec Telecom Services Limited is seeking a full‑time Network Engineer to join its team in the Tema Metropolitan District. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining robust network infrastructure that supports both internal operations and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and related network devices.
• Diagnose and resolve network incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and restore services promptly.
• Implement security controls, manage access and protect data across the network.
• Support new projects, upgrades and testing while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Document network configurations, procedures and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or CompTIA Network+.
• Experience with VoIP, CCTV and Access Control technologies is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
