主要职责
- 负责工厂日常生产、会议、培训及接待中的现场口译，确保中外双方沟通准确。
- 协助外方管理人员与本地员工之间的工作对接，传达指令与反馈，协调语言或文化差异导致的问题。
- 收集并翻译当地法规、政策、行业信息及社区动态，为工厂行政事务和管理层决策提供语言支持。
任职要求
- 中文口语流利，具备优秀的口译表达能力。
- 有中大型中国公司翻译工作经验，熟悉工厂环境。
- 能够适应工厂高强度工作压力。
