About the role
Help streamline operations and improve efficiency across all functions at Cornerstone, focusing on pay, collect, and save operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and optimise operational processes.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Analyse operational data to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with key service providers and partners.
- Develop and document internal processes and SOPs.
Required profile
- 3+ years of operations experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payments preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile money operations in Ghana is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
