About the role
The Operations Supervisor will lead daily activities at our Accra office, ensuring service standards and performance targets are consistently met. This full-time, on-site position coordinates team tasks, monitors productivity, and supports continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Assign and review work, monitoring productivity and quality.
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with management to implement policies and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
Required skills
- Email communication tools.
- Spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
- Reporting systems.
