Partner Success Manager – Construction

About the role

The Partner Success Manager (Construction) will lead strategic sales and partnership initiatives for the PMI Construction Professional (PMI‑CP) certification across Sub‑Saharan Africa, focusing on Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa. You will leverage an extensive network in construction, engineering and corporate learning to position PMI‑CP as the leading certification for construction project management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales and market expansion for PMI‑CP certification in target regions.
• Identify, secure and manage high‑value corporate partnerships and multi‑million‑dollar deals.
• Present and negotiate complex certification and training solutions with senior executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to regional market needs.
• Represent PMI at industry events and build thought‑leadership in construction project management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of executive‑level experience in B2B sales, corporate training, or construction/engineering leadership.
• Established network within construction, infrastructure and project management sectors.
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong executive presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience selling complex certification or professional development programs.
• Deep understanding of construction project management frameworks and industry regulations.
