Partnership Development Officer – University Relations

About the role

The Partnership Development Officer will lead the university’s alumni relations, fundraising, public relations and enrollment management initiatives, supporting the mission and vision of Christian Service University College. Reporting to the President, the role combines strategic outreach with marketing and communications to build partnerships with corporate, foundation and alumni stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the university’s mission, vision, core values and traditions.
• Maintain an aggressive schedule of contacts with corporate and foundation representatives and manage solicitation activities.
• Oversee imaging and marketing, including design of annual reports, brochures and advertisements.
• Produce regular publications such as newsletters, magazines, official programmes and news releases.
• Serve as Chief Fund‑Raising Officer, negotiating with financial institutions and securing funds from foundations and corporations.
• Act as the primary liaison with alumni and coordinate related activities.

Required profile

• Must report directly to the President and demonstrate a high standard of integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and programmes and execute appropriate actions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and fund‑raising capabilities.
• Committed Christian with a Master’s degree in Communications or Public Relations and at least three years post‑qualification experience.
