Personal Assistant to Chief Risk & Compliance Officer

About the role

The Personal Assistant provides high‑level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO). The role ensures the CRCO’s office runs efficiently, handling calendar management, correspondence, and governance deliverables in a fast‑moving telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CRCO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare daily briefs, meeting packs, executive summaries and governance documents.
• Coordinate Board, sub‑committee and ExCo meeting deliverables and track follow‑up actions.
• Draft, proofread and edit reports, presentations and communication materials.
• Maintain accurate records, dashboards, document repositories and risk registers.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Risk & Compliance reports.
• Monitor departmental projects, milestones and deadlines.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement and expenditure tracking.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with internal governance standards.
• Oversee office logistics, resource planning and administrative coordination within the Risk & Compliance division.
