Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our Wholesale Division. The role involves promoting our pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory, driving sales growth and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and market share goals within an assigned territory or portfolio.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Attend medical conferences, workshops, and events to represent the company and build networks.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and medical affairs teams to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide reliable after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher National Diploma (HND).
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid Ghana driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
