Physiotherapist

About the role

The Spine and Nerve Center Ghana is looking for a qualified physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary team in Takoradi. You will provide evidence‑based physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, ensuring safe and effective rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions in line with clinical findings and established protocols.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress throughout rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, posture, home management, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, patient care, and confidentiality.
• Participate in continuous professional development and clinical training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Registered and licensed to practice in Ghana.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience (mid‑level).
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional, adaptable, and committed to quality patient care.
• Willingness to reside and work in Takoradi.
