Plumber – Residential & Irrigation Projects

About the role

ESVEN VENTURES is seeking a full‑time Plumber to join its team in the Greater Accra Region. The role combines on‑site work with occasional remote tasks, focusing on residential and agricultural irrigation plumbing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain hot and cold water lines, waste and soil pipes, and drainage systems for homes and irrigation sites.
• Diagnose plumbing issues, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and test systems for leaks and proper flow.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and basic engineering documents to ensure correct system layouts.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams, prepare material lists, and keep accurate service records.
• Interact with customers on‑site, explain work performed, and provide basic usage guidance.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with pipe systems, fittings, and related tools.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize residential and irrigation plumbing installations.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices in Greater Accra.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple project sites.
• Relevant vocational training, apprenticeship, or certification in plumbing (preferred).
