Portfolio Manager

About the role

Cornerstone Developments Ghana is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead the oversight of its residential development portfolio in Accra. The role will drive financial performance, strategic alignment and risk management across multiple property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse the performance of residential development projects, preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
• Evaluate market trends and investment opportunities to optimise the value of the company’s property assets.
• Manage cash flows, budgets and financial forecasts for each development.
• Collaborate with finance, development and sales teams to ensure portfolio decisions support business objectives.
• Maintain relationships with banks, investors and advisors to facilitate funding and investment strategies.
• Oversee acquisition, disposal and financing transactions, ensuring compliance with risk parameters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business or related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or FRM are a plus.
• Proven experience in real‑estate development, property investment or asset management, preferably within Ghana or West Africa.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and assess risk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
