Power House Electrician – Industrial Maintenance

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is looking for a qualified Power House Electrician to ensure reliable power generation for its manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for maintaining generators, switchgear and related equipment, supporting uninterrupted production in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power plant equipment, including generators and switchgear.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform timely repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor power supply parameters and report any anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Required profile

• Electrical certificate (NVTI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in power plant or industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Knowledge of generator systems and switchgear.
• Safety‑conscious and disciplined work approach.
