Preschool & Kindergarten Teacher (Full‑time)

About the role

Pioneers International Academy is seeking enthusiastic Preschool and Kindergarten Teachers to join our campuses in Accra and Tema. You will create a nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of early‑years learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons for early years learners.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge Early Years framework is an advantage.
