Primary School Teachers – Multiple Subjects (Ghana)

About the role

The institution is looking for qualified primary school teachers to deliver instruction in core subjects including Ghanaian Language (Akuapim Twi), French, Mathematics, Science and English. The positions are based in Nsawam and involve full‑time classroom teaching for primary‑level students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in assigned subjects following the national curriculum.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to develop school programmes.
• Participate in parent‑teacher meetings and school events.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Education or a related field.
• At least four (4) years of teaching experience at the primary level.
• Successful completion of WASSCE.
• Professional maturity and strong commitment to student development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in teaching the listed subjects.
• Ability to design lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Effective classroom management techniques.
