Process Trainer – Employee Development

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Process Trainer to join our team in Accra. The trainer will design and deliver engaging learning sessions that accelerate new‑hire readiness and support ongoing operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate learner‑centered training sessions that promote knowledge retention and on‑the‑job application.
• Maintain trainer readiness by completing quarterly Trainer Skills Certification.
• Support new hires in meeting performance benchmarks, including KPI achievement within 90 days.
• Monitor 60‑day new‑hire throughput and provide targeted interventions from nesting to production.
• Conduct at least 15 call calibrations per month to keep process expertise current.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Nesting teams to address skill gaps early.
• Validate training content before deployment and continuously improve curriculum based on data and surveys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Training, Education or a related field.
• Strong passion for teaching and ability to engage adult learners.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable training outcomes.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
