Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will join Chrysos' operations team to develop and manage the global spare parts and consumables supply chain, supporting the PhotonAssay™ technology deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage global spare parts and consumables supply chain processes and contribute to a global spare parts strategy.
• Identify and vet new suppliers, place orders using the spares management system, and arrange import/export freight to ensure on‑site availability.
• Plan reorder points and quantities using data analytics, maintain accurate supplier, part, and inventory records.
• Attend West Africa sites for stocktakes, manage contractors for equipment service, and handle radiation badges and survey meters.
• Drive process improvements, communicate logistics updates to stakeholders, and support a strong WHS culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, logistics or purchasing roles, with a data‑driven approach.
• Hands‑on experience managing complex cross‑border import/export procedures and global shipping documentation.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work in West Africa and remote mine sites.
• Permanent residency or citizenship in Ghana or Ivory Coast.
