Product Manager – Hospitality SaaS (Remote, Ghana)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive commercial growth of its cloud‑based hotel management platform, Baggins Hotel, in Ghana. This individual contributor role involves acquiring hospitality clients, managing subscriptions and ensuring revenue targets are met, all on a fully remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire hotels, resorts, lodges and guesthouses requiring property management software.
• Develop and execute market‑specific growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Present and demonstrate the platform’s reservations, front‑desk, POS, housekeeping and financial management features.
• Convert trial users into paying subscribers and maintain relationships to encourage renewals and minimise churn.
• Track verified subscription revenue, acquisition metrics and provide accurate commercial reports.

Required profile

• Professional experience in hotel management, hospitality operations or related technology sectors.
• Proven ability to generate SaaS subscription revenue and manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Established network or ability to build relationships with hotel owners, general managers and other decision‑makers.
• High standards of professionalism, accountability and commercial discipline.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and hospitality software.
