Product Manager – Insurance Pricing

About the role

The Manager, Products will own and lead the execution of Prudential Life Insurance Ghana’s product development and pricing initiatives, working closely with actuarial, finance, risk, distribution and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the product development and pricing roadmap for Prudential Life Ghana.
• Build, challenge and enhance product proposals to deliver customer value and meet growth targets.
• Manage actuarial pricing and profit testing models, reviewing and signing off premium rates and key financial metrics.
• Prepare and review product documentation and ensure timely regulatory approvals.
• Monitor product performance against assumptions and collaborate with regional and group stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience working with actuarial, finance, risk and compliance functions in insurance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate pricing assumptions and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coach junior staff.
