Product Manager – Legal SaaS (Baggins Law)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the commercial performance of Baggins Law in Ghana. You will drive market growth, acquire law firms and legal practitioners, and ensure subscription revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire law firms, independent practitioners and legal service organisations.
• Develop and execute product growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Present and demonstrate the platform’s case management, smart forms, e‑signatures, billing and AI‑assisted features.
• Maintain customer relationships, encourage renewals and minimise churn.
• Track verified subscription revenue, acquisition and retention metrics.

Required profile

• Professional experience in legal practice management, law firm administration or legal technology.
• Established network or proven ability to build relationships within law firms and legal associations.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection and procurement requirements in the legal sector.

Required skills

• Business development and SaaS subscription sales experience.
• Product presentation, negotiation and customer retention abilities.
