Product Manager – Market Growth & Subscriptions

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the commercial performance of BagginsHQ Meet in Ghana. You will work remotely, driving subscriber acquisition and revenue growth for our scheduling and video‑conferencing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire paying subscribers among freelancers, consultants, businesses and organisations.
• Develop and execute growth and customer‑acquisition strategies using professional networks, digital channels and partnerships.
• Demonstrate platform features, convert trial users into paying customers and maintain relationships to encourage renewals.
• Track subscription revenue, acquisition performance, customer feedback and retention, providing accurate records and market insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS or technology product sales, with a track record of acquiring paying customers.
• Strong commercial discipline, ability to work independently and meet verified revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Access to a reliable computer, stable internet and a suitable remote working environment.
