Program Development Associate

About the role

The Program Development Associate will support the organization by conducting systematic research, data analysis, and innovative program design. This role contributes to informed decision‑making, capacity building, and continuous improvement of services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement research studies, including developing questions, objectives, and methodologies.
• Conduct literature reviews to identify trends, best practices, and research gaps.
• Prepare research reports, summaries, presentations, and briefing documents for management and stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, instructional resources, and skills assessment tools for program implementation.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure research outcomes and program performance.
• Investigate funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships; assist in preparing proposals and grant applications.
• Collaborate with internal departments, academic institutions, community organizations, and external stakeholders on research and development initiatives.
• Support pilot projects and new program implementation by coordinating activities, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements.
