Program Manager

About the role

BrainWave AfricaTech is looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and growth of its AI Explorers Club cohorts throughout 2026 and beyond. You will be responsible for student recruitment, corporate sponsorship acquisition, and delivering multiple programme cohorts, including the flagship Summer Bootcamp.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of programme cohorts.
• Coordinate programme logistics, facilitators, and internal teams.
• Drive student recruitment and enrolment campaigns.
• Build partnerships and secure sponsorship funding.
• Monitor KPIs, manage risks, and report on programme performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in programme management, business development, partnerships, or events management.
• Proven ability to secure sponsorships, partnerships, or funding and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, organisational, and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with knowledge of the education, technology, or EdTech ecosystem and a passion for youth development.
